Jissan Cherian is an award-winning executive, speaker, and strategic brand builder with over two decades of experience across consumer healthcare, technology, and management consulting. He is the founder of DVERSFY™, a purpose-driven leadership development company focused on helping high-potential professionals accelerate their growth and visibility.

Throughout his career, Jissan Cherian has led some of the most iconic consumer brands in the world. At Haleon and GSK, he led a $1 billion brand portfolio including TUMS, Benefiber, and  successfully launching Rx-to-OTC brand, Voltaren, while driving historic market share growth and creative bravery. His earlier roles at Microsoft and Deloitte helped him hone his approach to corporate navigation, influence-building, and team development in high-stakes environments.

With deep expertise in marketing strategy and leadership visibility, Cherian is widely recognized for his ability to translate brand-building principles into career acceleration tools. He has coached and mentored emerging leaders globally, helping them clarify their value, grow their influence, and build trust with decision-makers.

Cherian earned an BBA from The University of Texas at Austin in Management Information Systems, an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University in Marketing and International Management, and an Executive Certification from MIT in Artificial Intelligence. As a dynamic speaker and corporate storyteller, he is frequently invited to lead workshops on career development, personal branding, and organizational influence.
